§ 7 Use of Google Analytics

(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser when using Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

(3) You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymiseIp()". This means that IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form, so that they cannot be linked to a specific person. If the data collected about you is personally identifiable, it is immediately excluded and the personal data is deleted immediately.

(5) We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework . The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

§ 8 Integration of Google Maps

(1) We use the Google Maps service on this website. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.

(2) When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under § 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish your data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or customising its website. Such an analysis is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide customised advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

(3) Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider's privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

§ 9 Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the standardised display of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This informs Google that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer.
Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/Privacy/.

§ 10 Use of Google Ads

This website uses the functions of Google Ads (formerly AdWords Remarketing) to advertise this website in Google search results and on third-party websites.

For this purpose, Google sets cookies in the browser of your end device, which automatically enable interest-based advertising by means of pseudonymous cookie IDs and on the basis of the pages you visit. We also use so-called "conversion tracking" for the service. This involves linking adverts seen and clicked on with interactions on our websites and services

The processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR if you have given us your consent in this regard when accessing the page. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future by sending an email to our data protection officer or deleting the cookies in your browser.

Any further data processing will only take place if you have consented to Google linking your internet and app browsing history to your Google account and using information from your Google account to personalise ads that you view on the web. In this case, if you are logged in to Google while visiting our website, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, Google temporarily links your personal data with Google Analytics data to create target groups.

You can also permanently deactivate the setting of cookies for ad preferences in addition to your selection when you access the page by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/

Alternatively, you can obtain information about the setting of cookies from the Digital Advertising Alliance at the Internet address www.aboutads.info and make settings for this. Finally, you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

The legal basis for the transfer of personal data to the USA is either standard data protection clauses concluded with Google within the meaning of Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c) GDPR or an adequacy decision of the EU Commission within the meaning of Art. 45 GDPR, which is available with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and for which Google is certified and which can therefore be used as a legal basis for data transfer to the USA. Further information on this can be found under the contact details mentioned in §1 (2) hereof.
