View full details

Soft PVC film, 0.5 mm, self-extinguishing, cadmium-free, continuous operating temperature up to max. 105°C. Available in various diameters and also with overlap.
Typical application areas: automotive, transport, robotics, energy, electricity and utilities.

ZTV-GP-05-B is a versatile, reusable cable sheath with a tool-free V-shaped closure (hook and loop fastener). Made of flexible, cadmium-free PVC film, the sheath is ideal for applications with frequently changing cable routing. The material provides reliable protection against abrasion, liquids, UV radiation, and ozone.

The hook-and-loop fastener allows the sheathing to be opened and closed without tools – even with cables already installed. The ZTV-GP-05-B is designed for diameters from 20 to 100 mm and is suitable for operating temperatures between -40°C and +105°C. Special lengths and versions are available upon request.

This solution is particularly recommended for temporary installations, testing environments, and modular control systems.

Advantages:

  • Tool-free assembly using V-fastener (hook and loop system)
  • Soft, self-extinguishing PVC, cadmium-free
  • UV, liquid and abrasion resistant
  • Temperature range -40°C to +105°C
  • For cables Ø 20–100 mm; special sizes available
