SH1/63 (laminate) – EMI shielding on PVC foil

RoHS REACH Compliant UL Recognized
View full details
Raw materials are not available for standalone purchase; instead, they are intended to be integrated into a tailor-made, custom-engineered solution.
The SH1/63 laminate is a robust shielding material consisting of Zipper-technik's aluminum (SH1) shielding foil laminated to our Type 63 polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket material. It can be combined with most Zipper-technik closure types to create a thin, lightweight cable jacket with excellent EMI shielding performance. The material is a general purpose shielding product that is ideal for use in protected areas and should not be used in areas where large radii may occur. It can be configured for round, flat and rectangular cable shapes and bundles and optionally supplied with a tin/copper grounding braid sewn along the entire length. The material is self-extinguishing and UL certified. The laminate can be combined with various closure techniques such as zipper (N) and PVC tracks (eg D, Z, R).
