Aluminum foil laminated with ZT Flex-HT 260 silicone adhesive onto E-glass fabric, grey backing. Continuous operating temperature up to max. 250°C. Available in various diameters and with different closure systems. Typical applications: automotive, transportation.

The ZTDr-X-SAM 400 offers a reliable solution for heat and cable protection in thermally demanding applications. It consists of an aluminum foil laminated to an E-glass fabric using ZT Flex-HT 260 silicone adhesive. The gray-coated backing provides additional durability. Thanks to the stainless steel snap fasteners, the protective sleeve can be installed without tools and easily cut to size – ideal for retrofitting existing systems.

The material offers continuous temperature resistance up to 250°C and can even withstand 270°C for short periods. The defined operating temperature range is from -50°C to 250°C. In addition to its thermal insulation, the ZTDr-X-SAM 400 boasts high abrasion resistance and resistance to industrial media. The protective conduit is available in diameters from 16 to 100 mm; custom shapes and customer-specific versions are also available upon request.
