Overview

Soft PVC film, 0.5 mm thick, UL registered, self-extinguishing, cadmium-free, continuous operating temperature up to 105°C. Available in various diameters and with overlaps. Typical applications: automotive, transportation, robotics, energy, power and utilities.

ZTZ-63-05-B is a robust cable sheath based on flexible, cadmium-free PVC film 63-05. It is self-extinguishing, UL-registered, and designed for industrial applications where mechanical protection, weather resistance, and ease of installation are paramount. With an elongation at break of up to 400% and a dielectric strength of approximately 35 kV/mm, the sheath is ideally suited for flexible installations and complex cable routing.

The integrated Z-lock ensures a continuous, secure hold along the cable harness. Installation is tool-assisted and can be repeated as needed. The smooth inner surface facilitates cable insertion. The ZTZ-63-05-B is suitable for use in a temperature range of -30°C to +105°C and is available for cable diameters from 20 to 100 mm. Custom sizes are available upon request.
