Overview

Soft PVC film, 0.5 mm thick, self-extinguishing, cadmium-free, continuous operating temperature up to 105°C. Available in various diameters and with overlaps. Typical applications: automotive, transportation, robotics, energy, power and utilities.

ZTZ-GP-05-B is a fully enclosed cable sheath with an extruded Z-lock, making it a universal solution for bundling, routing, and protecting cables in virtually any industrial environment. The sheath is based on a robust, cadmium-free, and self-extinguishing PVC film, distinguished by its high flexibility and durability. It effectively protects cables from abrasion, liquids, chemicals, UV radiation, and ozone.

The smooth inner surface of the sheath facilitates the insertion or insertion of cables. The extruded Z-lock creates a secure, interlocking connection along the entire length of the sheath, enabling a reliable and reusable fastening. Assembly is performed using a simple hand tool. The ZTZ-GP-05-B is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +105°C and is available for cable diameters from 20 to 100 mm. Custom sizes and special configurations are available upon request.

This cable sheathing is particularly suitable for applications in mechanical engineering, control cabinets, vehicle technology or infrastructure projects – anywhere a durable, enclosed cable routing is required.
