Overview

Soft PVC film, 0.5 mm thick, UL registered, self-extinguishing, cadmium-free, continuous operating temperature up to 105°C. Available in various diameters and with overlaps. Typical applications: automotive, transportation, robotics, energy, power and utilities.

ZTN-63-05-B is a versatile cable sheath with an integrated N-lock in a zipper design. It is based on the flexible 63-05 PVC film, which is UL-registered, cadmium-free, and self-extinguishing. Its high mechanical strength and easy installation make it ideal for low-maintenance applications.

The N-type locking mechanism allows for repeated opening and closing using simple tools. The smooth inner surface and high elongation at break (400%) facilitate handling, while the dielectric strength of approximately 35 kV/mm is impressive even in electrical environments. The ZTN-63-05-B is available for cable diameters from 20 to 100 mm.
