ZIPMESH (Al) is a self-adhesive HF shielding tape designed for electromagnetic shielding across a wide frequency range. Its construction is based on a knitted mesh of tinned copper wire on an Al/PET film.

The tape is wrapped around cables, cable bundles, or branch points with 50% overlap. The integrated self-adhesive film ensures secure positioning even during movement or vibration.

The temperature resistance ranges from −30 °C to +120 °C.
The total weight is 16 g/m.

ZIPMESH is RoHS-compliant.
A grounding tape is recommended for effective grounding.

The tape is available on rolls with a width of 25 mm (optionally 75 mm) and a length of 5 m.
