Soft PVC film, 0.35 mm, self-extinguishing, cadmium-free, continuous operating temperature up to max. 105°C. Available in various diameters and also with overlap. Typical areas of application: automotive, transportation, robotics, energy, electricity, and utilities.

ZTD-GP-0.35-BL is a flexible cable sheathing based on the soft PVC film GP-035-BL in blue with a mechanically stable D-lock for demanding industrial applications. The material is based on soft, self-extinguishing PVC film, which is characterized by high flexibility, abrasion resistance, and resistance to liquids, chemicals, UV radiation, and ozone.

The D-lock creates a stable connection through defined locking, which can be installed with tools and reopened if necessary. The sheathing is ideal for cable diameters from 20 to 100 mm and withstands operating temperatures from –40°C to +105°C. Special sizes or specific lengths are available on request.

ZTD-GP-0.35-BL is used where permanent, secure bundling of cable systems with mechanical stress is required.
