Overview

The ZTD pliers are stainless steel installation tools for closing cable sheaths with D-locks. It was developed for processing D-Track systems and supports the even closing of the locking profile along the cable harness.

The tool uses roller wheels that engage with the profile and close the D-lock securely as it is guided along the cable bundle. The ZTD pliers are particularly suitable for high-volume applications, such as those typically found in production environments.

A separate version is available for applications with DS closure.
