Aluminum foil laminated with special HT adhesive onto E-glass fabric, bonded to a 2.5 mm thick felt made of 100% Preox fibers. Continuous operating temperature up to max. 230°C. Available in various diameters and with different closure systems.

The ZTDr-X-ISOSAM 300/2.5 is a high-performance, openable and resealable heat shield for cable bundling with a snap fastener. The combination of aluminum foil with special HT adhesive on E-glass fabric and a 2.5 mm thick felt made of 100% Preox fibers ensures optimal heat and cable protection. With a continuous operating temperature of up to 230°C, this shield is particularly suitable for demanding applications.

The stainless steel snap fasteners allow for quick installation and easy access to the internal components. The space between the snap fasteners allows wires and cables to be routed without cutting the protective sheathing. The material can be cut to any desired length if needed. For applications requiring fast, tool-free installation without disassembling components, the ZTDr-X-ISOSAM 300/2.5 is the perfect solution.

We offer the product in diameters from 10 to 100 mm; custom designs are available upon request. The operating temperature range of the ZTDr-X-ISOSAM 300/2.5 is -40°C to 230°C and up to 240°C for short periods.
