Aluminum foil laminated with ZT Flex-HT 260 silicone adhesive onto E-glass fabric, grey backing. Continuous operating temperature up to max. 250°C. Available in various diameters and with different closure systems. Typical applications: automotive, transportation.

The ZTDr-X-SAM 500 is a robust protective conduit for permanent heat protection and reliable cable protection in demanding industrial environments. The material consists of aluminum-coated E-glass fabric laminated with a specially developed ZT Flex-HT 260 silicone adhesive. Stainless steel snap fasteners allow for tool-free installation and flexible, precise routing, even in confined spaces.

The hose offers continuous temperature resistance up to 250°C and can withstand short-term exposure to temperatures up to 270°C. The defined operating temperature range is between -50°C and 250°C. The material combination effectively protects against thermal stress, offers excellent abrasion resistance, and is resistant to oils, greases, AdBlue, and brake fluid. Available in diameters from 16 to 100 mm; custom shapes can be produced upon request.
