The ZTDr-X-ZETREFLECTFELT® 3.0 offers an effective heat protection and cable sheathing solution for thermally stressed cables and wires. The material consists of an aluminum foil laminated to E-glass fabric with ZT Flex-HT 260 silicone adhesive. The back is bonded with a 2.8 mm thick felt made of PSA fibers, providing additional thermal insulation and mechanical protection.

For easy handling and quick installation, the ZTDr-X-ZETREFLECTFELT® 3.0 is equipped with rustproof stainless steel snap fasteners. These enable tool-free installation, provide quick access to protected cables and wires, and allow individual cables to be routed without cutting the sheathing. The material can also be flexibly cut to the desired length.

With a continuous heat resistance of up to 270°C (briefly up to 300°C), ZTDr-X-ZETREFLECTFELT® 3.0 is ideally suited for protecting cables and electrical components in heat-stressed environments. This product is an optimal solution, especially for applications requiring easy retrofitting – without tools or time-consuming disassembly of existing systems. Furthermore, the material is self-extinguishing and resistant to all common operating fluids.

The ZTDr-X-ZETREFLECTFELT® 3.0 is available in diameters from 20 mm to 100 mm. Custom designs are available upon request. The operating temperature range extends from -50°C to 270°C, with short-term heat resistance up to 300°C.
