Aluminum foil lamination on GPs/63 tubing provides full-surface RF shielding with UL approval. Self-extinguishing, cadmium-free, continuous operating temperature up to 105°C. Available in various diameters and with overlap. Typical applications include automotive, transportation, robotics, energy, power, and utilities.

ZTN-SH1-63-B is a robust EMC shield for reducing EMI, RFI, and EMF interference in electrical and electronic systems. Its design combines a soft, self-extinguishing GPs/63 type PVC jacket with a full-surface aluminum foil. A continuous copper wire is incorporated into the overlap, ensuring reliable grounding in accordance with EMC guidelines.

The outer layer of the hose not only provides reliable high-frequency shielding but is also resistant to UV radiation, ozone, and corrosion. The inner aluminum layer ensures uniform, full-surface EMC shielding across the entire circumference. The entire construction complies with UL standards (UL File # E38368).

The ZTN-SH1-63-B features a robust zipper closure system. It can be installed with simple tools and is repeatable multiple times – even with pre-installed cable runs. This version is particularly suitable for static or low-movement applications where regular cable access is required.

The solution is available in diameters from 20 to 100 mm. Special sizes and modified lengths are available upon request. The operating temperature range is between -30°C and +105°C.
