RF shielding made of two layers of tinned copper wire mesh and a continuous grounding wire. Soft PVC film, 0.5 mm thick, self-extinguishing, cadmium-free, continuous operating temperature up to 105°C. Available in various diameters, with different backing films, and also with overlap. Typical applications: automotive, transportation, robotics, energy, power, and utilities.

ZTN-SHX2/GP-05-B-OL is a flexible high-frequency shield for industrial applications with increased electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements. Its construction combines a double-layered braided sleeving made of tinned copper wire (Ø 0.2 mm) with a soft, self-extinguishing GP-05 PVC sheath. A continuous grounding wire ensures reliable interference dissipation along the entire cable run.

The copper braid provides effective shielding in the frequency range of 100 kHz to 1 GHz with attenuation values ​​of up to 80 dB. The sheathing is resistant to mechanical stress, UV radiation, ozone, and many industrial media. The temperature range is from -40°C to +105°C.

The ZTN-SHX2-GP-05-B-OL variant features a robust zipper closure system. It can be installed using simple tools and can be repeated multiple times if necessary – ideal for installations requiring occasional access.

The product is available in diameters from 20 to 100 mm. Special lengths or modified versions are available upon request.
