Sewn tube made of aluminum foil laminated with ZT Flex-HT 260 silicone adhesive on E-glass fabric, gray on the reverse side. Continuous operating temperature up to max. 250°C. Available in various diameters and with different closure systems. Typical application areas: Automotive, transportation.

The ZTNom-SAM 600 is a technically advanced protective sleeve specifically designed for heat protection and cable protection in high-temperature environments. The combination of an aluminum-coated E-glass fabric with a high-quality, silicone-based adhesive coating ensures durable thermal insulation – even under extreme stress.

The outside of the protective sleeve consists of an aluminum foil that reflects radiant heat, thus reducing the temperature load on sensitive components. On the inside, a special ZT Flex-HT 260 silicone adhesive ensures a stable bond with the glass fabric. This material structure offers continuous temperature resistance up to 230°C and tolerates temperatures up to 250°C for short periods (24 hours).

In addition to its heat resistance, the protective sleeve is characterized by its excellent chemical resistance. It is resistant to oils, fuels, brake fluid, and AdBlue. The material used is self-extinguishing and meets high safety standards.

The ZTNom-SAM 600 is available in various diameters and can be supplied with different closure systems. The easy-to-install design allows for simple integration into existing systems, even for retrofitting.
