Sewn tube made of AL-PET film bonded with a 2.5 mm thick felt made of PES fibers. Continuous operating temperature up to max. 200°C. Available in various diameters and with different closure systems. Typical applications: Automotive, transportation.

The ZTUS-ZIPFLECT 2.5 from Zipper-Technik GmbH is a lightweight, flexible heat protection system specifically developed for the secure bundling of cables and the protection of technical components in thermally demanding environments. The product combines a high-temperature-resistant, flame-retardant polyester felt material with a laminated, reflective aluminum surface. This material combination provides effective protection against radiant heat while maintaining a low weight.

For a permanently stable connection, the ZTUS-ZIPFLECT 2.5 features ultrasonic welding, which prevents fraying or tearing. The teardrop shape allows for easy and quick installation, even in confined or complex cable routing areas.

The product is available as standard in diameters from 10 mm to 50 mm. Custom sizes and shapes can be manufactured upon request. The recommended operating temperature range is between –50 °C and +200 °C.

If the material properties, such as temperature or chemical resistance, meet your requirements, but you require specific dimensions or designs, our experienced engineering team is available to develop a customized, fiberglass-free heat protection solution.
