Aluminum foil laminated with special HT adhesive onto E-glass fabric, bonded to a 4.5 mm thick felt made of 100% Preox fibers. Continuous operating temperature up to max. 150°C. Available in various diameters and with different closure systems. Typical applications: automotive, transportation.

The ZTV-ISOSAM 300 5.0 is a versatile protective conduit for effective heat protection and reliable cable protection in industrial applications. Its construction combines a needle-punched nonwoven fabric made of 100% Preox fibers with a reflective aluminum foil and a robust hook-and-loop fastener – ideal for retrofitting and quick installations.

The reflective aluminum layer protects against radiant heat up to 650°C, while the Preox fiber fleece acts as thermal insulation against ambient heat. The ZTV-ISOSAM 300 5.0 is temperature-resistant from -50°C to +150°C and reliably protects sensitive cable systems from overheating and mechanical stress.

The combination of self-extinguishing fibers, high abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance to oils, greases, and other substances makes this protective conduit a safe solution for a wide range of applications. The hook-and-loop fastener allows for tool-free installation – even on cables and wires that are already in place.

Available in diameters from 20 to 100 mm and as a special solution on request, the protection is ideally suited for industrial applications with high thermal requirements.

* Note: If the sewn product is shortened, it is recommended to resew the cut ends with aramid thread to maintain the original thermal properties. Alternatively, we would be happy to offer custom lengths according to your requirements.
