VACUFLECT® 500 (patented) is made of E-glass fabric vapor-deposited on one side with aluminum and treated with alkyl silicone resin, additionally coated with black silicone, and bonded to a 4.5 mm thick felt made of 100% Preox fibers. Continuous operating temperature up to 150°C. Available in various diameters and with different closure systems. Typical applications: automotive, transportation.

The ZTV-ISOVACUFLECT 5.0 is a technically advanced protective sleeve for heat protection and thermal insulation in high-temperature environments. Its design combines a needle-punched Preox nonwoven fabric with a heat-reflecting aluminum foil and integrated vacuum insulation – ideal for applications requiring maximum heat shielding.

The vacuum-based structure effectively reduces heat transfer, making it particularly suitable for sensitive components or densely packed cable systems. The aluminum foil reflects radiant heat up to 650°C, while the Preox fleece additionally serves as a non-flammable, abrasion-resistant backing. The protective sleeve is temperature-resistant from -50°C to +150°C.

Thanks to its robust hook-and-loop fastener system, the protective hose can be installed without tools – even when retrofitting existing systems. The combination of strong reflectivity, active insulation, and mechanical stability makes the ZTV-ISOVACUFLECT 5.0 an ideal solution for safety-critical applications.

Available in standard diameters from 20 mm to 100 mm as well as custom-made.

* Note: If the sewn product is shortened, it is recommended to resew the cut ends with aramid thread to maintain the original thermal properties. Alternatively, we would be happy to offer custom lengths according to your requirements.
