Self-extinguishing PVC laminated on both sides to polyester. Continuous operating temperature up to max. 105°C. Available in various diameters and also with overlap. Typical applications: automotive, transportation, robotics, energy, power and utilities.

ZTV-VNL-B is a lightweight, flexible cable sheath based on a PET fabric coated with vinyl on both sides. The self-extinguishing VNL material combines high abrasion resistance with excellent flexibility and is particularly suitable for applications where cables need to be bundled, protected, and easily accessible.

The integrated V-fastener (hook and loop fastener) allows for tool-free assembly and quick opening and closing of the cover – ideal for maintenance, retrofitting, or temporary installations. The construction is UV, ozone, and rot resistant, as well as resistant to oils and greases, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.

ZTV-VNL-B is designed for use in a temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C and is available in diameters from 20 to 100 mm. Customer-specific adaptations are possible at any time, e.g., regarding length, overlap, or finishing.
