Aluminum foil lamination on GPs/63 tubing achieves full-surface HF shielding with UL approval. Self-extinguishing, cadmium-free, continuous operating temperature up to max. 105°C. Available in various diameters and also with overlap. Typical application areas: automotive, transportation, robotics, energy, power and utilities.

ZTZ-SH-1-63-B is a permanently closed EMC shield for industrial cable systems where a mechanically robust and durable solution for reducing electromagnetic interference (EMI, RFI, EMF) is required. The design combines a thermally insulating PVC jacket with a full-surface aluminum foil for shielding. A sewn-in copper braid ensures continuous grounding of the entire installation.

The outer layer used corresponds to the GPs/63 specification and meets all common requirements for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). It is self-extinguishing, UV-resistant, ozone-resistant and complies with UL specifications (UL File # E38368). The extruded PVC Z-closure ensures a permanent seal that can be opened with simple tools and reused if required.

ZTZ-SH-1-63-B is ideal for permanently laid cable harnesses in harsh environments where a stable seal is required and frequent access is not necessary. The shielding is available in Ø 20–100 mm; special sizes on request.
