The ZTZ tool is a stainless steel pliers tool designed to close Zipper-technik Z-Track products. It is applicable and useful for all Z-Track installations. The small hand pliers tool uses small finger lips to spread the channel cavity of the Z-Track profile. At the same time, the arrowhead side of the extruded profile is pressed into the cavity of the open channel.
As the tool slides along the cable guide, the channel cavity behind the tool closes, trapping the arrowheads inside. The tool allows for quick and easy closing of Z-Track and makes the operator's job much easier. As the tool slides along the cable guide, it forms the jacket material into a continuous tube. Use the ZTZ tool for all production line and field installations.
