Lightweight RFI/EMI shielding sheathing specifically designed for applications requiring high flexibility. The base material is PVC-GPs/63 with Ni/Cu polyester fabric and continuous grounding braid, continuous operating temperature up to max. 105°C. Available in various diameters, with different carrier films, and also with overlap. Typical areas of application: automotive, transportation, robotics, energy, power and utilities, defense technology.

ZTZ-SH/CC-B-OL is an extremely flexible EMC shielding for reducing high-frequency electromagnetic interference in sensitive applications. It consists of a PVC-GPs/63 base material coated with a lightweight, conductive Ni/Cu polyester fabric. A continuous grounding braid ensures reliable EMC-compliant contact.

The sheathing offers high RFI/EMI attenuation in the frequency range from 100 kHz to 50 GHz with attenuation values between 55 and 89 dB. The design is self-extinguishing, weather-resistant, and rated for ambient temperatures from –40°C to +105°C.

The integrated zipper is made of robust polyester components and allows for easy and reusable installation – even when installed. Available in diameters from 20 to 100 mm; custom variants available on request.
